Real Estate

We are looking for real estate investment projects in Switzerland and Germany. Our focus lies on properties, which need to be developed, renovated, restructured, or transformed. Of interest is development land, residential, office or mixed used commercial buildings. They can be empty and in bad condition, but the price should reflect that.
